Doc has not been online for over a year.
But a quick Google search gave me that is was a bridge over the Dnjepr close or in the town Keleberda (Krementschuk, Poltava, Ukrain).

From what I can find on the internet, this bridge spanned the Dnieper River in the Ukrainian industrial city of Kremenchuk. Here's a link to that city:
