Quick Question--Are these SS Men?

I was going through some photos from a large and random grouping that I got for a good price, and I spent a bit of time looking this photo over. I can see the blank right collar tabs in these photos, and I take that to indicate that these are SS men. However, under closer magnification, the tabs seem to be more elongated than those photographic examples I find posted here. I am just looking for some fresh thoughts on what will probably come down to a simple answer. Thanks.

Here is a close up that I pulled out. I tried to enlarge some of the men at the far end of the column as their profiles would show the runic tabs and sleeve eagles if these are in fact SS men. However, I could not get a quality enhancement.

I don't think they're SS. Note the national shield on the helmets and the tunics seem to be the LW fliegerbluse. Perhaps LW recruits.

Look like NSKK to me. (There were NSKK/Luftwaffe transport units.)
