I am trying to identify the German General in this photo. The photo was taken in 1939.

This is a close up scan of the General.

Looks very much like Wilhelm Keitel to me with von Brauchitsch and Raeder to his right. Sperrle in rear.

IS THE SAME GENERAL IN THE TWO PHOTOGRAPHS?

Here is the General standing in review and another photograph at the top frame that looks like it might be the same person. Any ideas as to the same officer is in the two photographs?
