The clothes that are using these soldiers is called "Zeltbhan"?

It looks like it !

From all the pictures that I have seen, this is a Zeltbahn. They appear to be wearing it correctly.

It is actually a 'Waterproof Shelter Triangle', measurements being 203cm x 203cm x 240cm. Issued to worn and used as a waterproof cape.

This is not my area of collecting, and I am sure other forum members will give input !
