Nice WB doc with questions

Recently i got from Marc a very nice WB doc, signed by senior officer who don't find them often bearing such signatures.

I don't ask for the originality of the doc who is 100% original but i would like to help me if anyone has any idea about this unit:

Well mot.Kolonne/Bau-Batl 78 would be the motorised transport column for construction btl. 78.

Korück 584 was the kommandant of rear army area 584. The rear areas behind the 16th armee's front in North Russia.

The signature i'm afraid i can't make out.
