            Hello Otto,

Don't get me wrong I am not knocking your interest in ruins....my interests are very much different from yours...put a Tiger or Panther in front of those ruined buildings and you will get my attention real quick. Most of the war torn areas of Europe were in ruins...that is the tragedy of war. We just have different collecting interests! I may post some of my photos that meet both of our interests. Bill

                    Hello Bill,
Excuse-me if I was rude, but you need to unerstand me. First I think in Portuguese and after I translate to English, sometimes the result is not good. I have a 100% Tarzan's English. Of course I want to see your photos of tanks + ruins!

                        Hi Photo's guys,

I don't know if some of you read the Imperial forum. I'm the great nephew of Carl Hans Theodor Holler, alias " Sänger Flieger" or also Niels Sörnsen ( his artists name ), a German Pilot of WWI. If you have photos of him, or of Jasta 6, or anything concerning German Aviation of WWI please post here ( another thread ) if it's not verboten. If it's forbbiden, please send to me via email.

                        sangerflieger@gmail.com

                        Thanks in advance,
                        Otto

I also have many ruins photos. Every album one buys has several in it. Most look the same. Now and then one finds some good photos of ruined important buildings, bridges etc. The ordinary innocent civilian suffered the most when bombed out of their homes or were caught up in the fighting. Here's two photos of a French family which seem to be still living in their heavily damaged home. One photos shows them watching a column of French prisoners walking past.
