what's the actualy value/price about a diplomat-pic with wearing his dagger ?

I'm just a layman, but I would think it depends on the diplomat pictured (e.g.- an original photo of von Ribbentrop would likely have greater value than one of a Legationsrat, obviously); barring an identification, then value would be dependent on the rank held by the person in the photo.

Did I miss something? Was the photo posted? Hard to judge value when you can't see the thing.
