I need some help identifying this unit / division sign on the following picture.
I think it belongs to a Luftwaffe Kraftfahr Unit and did service in Holland in early '40 -'41.
Could be attached to Kampfgeschwader Wever / KG4.

For the Prussian Grenadier proceeding goose-step at the Moment no clue

It is the Narva Castle and the emblem is of Armee-Abteilung / Armeegruppe Narwa.

the environment of the Panzer Regiment 35. With a high probability heard

We seem to have lost a lot of posts on this thread. For me to believe that Bear really is from 3 Panzer Division you will have to tell me when 3 PD served in Panzergruppe/Panzerarmee 3. I already know the answer and it is "never" so the Bear is not 3 PD I'm afraid.

I Alan, i'am afraid too
for me (and this is my first idea at the beginning) i think this bear is the marking of an Schwere Artillerie unit depending of Panzergruppe/Panzerarmee 3.
Two Famo are on my photo, and the only units with several Famo are Panzer or schwere artillerie.
