Maybe a signal unit? But whats the triangle with a dot?

The dot below the triangle is probably a white stain just like in the rest of the picture, so a coincidence i think?
And indeed the sign of a Gebirgsnachrichtenkompanie ( Motorisiert ).

It could involve a Luftwaffe Abteiling because the vehicle might be a SdKfz 10. FlaK without the gun?

Paris/ Arch de triomphe on WH car

This car is parked in front of Arche de triomphe, but why has it the monument on it? I have a pic somewhere with an Eiffel Tower sign on a car too....

I don't know about that pic but the ones with the Eiffel Tower on them are from 23 Panzer Division.

Hello,

Does anybody have a clue about the meaning of the symbols on both sides of the eagle, horsshoe and crossed guns?
Do they stand for a specific unit / Regiment?
I'm almost sure that the picture is taken on the Eastern front looking at the housing.
