Hi Dan,
that could be a vehicle of the staff, engineer battalion 80 (Pionierbataillon 80) of the 44th infantry division (44. Infanteriedivision).

Hi Mr. X,
these are the three tactical signs of an unit from 1939 till the end of the war:
in the middle the tactical sign of the Baubataillon 47 (construction battalion), initial organization 26th August 1939;
on the left WA is the abbreviation for Wachabteilung (guard battallion); the Baubattalion was reorganized into a Wachabteilung 21th December 1940;
on the right is the tactical sign of the Nachschubbataillon 47 (supply battalion); the guard battalion was reorganized into a supply battalion 1st July 1943; then was serving all the time on the eastern front.
