    The handwriting says:

Meinem lieben Herrn Bogopalsky zur Erinnerung an seinen ersten Flug im März von München nach Schleißheim
    gewidmet
    Hans Baur
    30. III. 29.

    Translation:

To my dear Mr. Bogopalsky in remembrance of his first flight in March from Munich to Schleißheim
    dedicated
    Hans Baur
    March 30, 1929

That is a fantastic and unusual PC from Baur. In later years his handwriting became completely unreadable.
