Howdy WHATGUY? Welcome to this thread. Thanks for posting and sharing some of your photos. In the first photo the LW man is wearing a pair of LW Flak coveralls and I will leave the ID on the tunic of the second photo to the uniform experts.

The first one appears to be wearing the Luftwaffe mechanic's navy blue denim coverall. I believe the second is wearing the early pattern KM feldgrau service tunic and visor cap.

OSS, that would make sense. It appears like the mans tunic buttons have something on them.
