Canteen photos sometimes come with printed captions. The hand drawn captions to the photos in the albums are sometimes just copies of the printed captions.

Printed captions are OK.

You see handwritten comments in photos, right?
But sometimes the album editor just wrote the caption, text copied from the printed captions that came with the canteen photos he had bought.

Now i have the time to see it all, 95% of the photos have printed captions at the back like the one i posted.

According to graves and city crossed this is clearly a Panzer Régiment 5 album but it starts with this panzer postcard with the feldpost 25260A.
