Signatures on ministries letters. Erich Bachem??

Good day, Gentlemen. I’m hoping to hear your opinions on these signatures please. I’ve found no references.
I bet the one on the RLM paper belongs to engineer Erich Bachem. However I’m not sure.
And totally no ideas about signature on RMVP blank.

These are interesting, and since Bachem is a relatively unusual name, I would say you're correct with the first doc, although it is signed 'im Auftrag' by an underling.
