Looking at some old stuff I came across these. I recognise Weidinger, Westernhagen and Wisliceny but not the Pioneer.

To be honest, I didn't recognize the Pionier, either, but I did a reverse image search and came up with this site, according to which this is Ferdinand Fellhauer:

I don't see Heinz von Westernhagen in these photos. The first one, with the "B" for Junkerschule "Braunschweig" is Graf Hermengild von Westernhagen.

There was a regular monthly mag called Blitz and special issues from time to time. My Chinese was not good enough to read everything but the pictures were excellent, many in colour. See attached.

Blitz publication is banned to turn out all his periodicals.
total 69 monthly books and individual book for special topic, for example, Cholm. very nice quality and context.
the reason to ban is that a Junior School student showed it to a German, the German surprised for Nazi still in China, and report to government, so....
fortunately I have all its copies, now they are in high price.
