EK1 and KVK1 Urkunde

I have these two documents and i would like to hear your opinions about them.
Who signs these documents and where it was awarded. Any further information will be very helpful.

Urkunde KVK - Hand signed by Generalleutnant Siegmund Freiherr von Schleinitz

Both are Ostfront.

I did som research, is it possible the ek1 was awarded in Ladogasee?
But couldn't find information about the kvk, the awarded place..

The EKI most probably in Ladogasee.
