Hello, the women is just an "Arbeitsmaid" the lowest function (no rank), due to the smooth edge.

The Arbeitsmaid did wear the brooch in metal, the Jungführerin in bronze. The photo gives no clue about the color.
The Jungführerin sort of supervised a smaller group of females.
