I believe the Obergruppenfuhrer is Friedrich Jeckeln. He was an Allgemeine SS Oberabschnitte commander until 1941.

I believe the officer in post 3 is Oberfuhrer Walter Langleist, the Abschnitt commander at that time. The only photo I found of Langleist looks like this officer, including the eyeglasses.

Langleist, as well as Jeckeln, were executed for their wartime activities.

I suspect this funeral took place in late 1940 or early 1941.
