        I guess that it is an original copy from the negative (as the water mark of the paper was used during the war period). Do you agree?

              I'm looking at the KC winners shoulder boards. They appear to have three pips and NCO? I am not familiar with this format? Three pips would indicate a Stabsfeldwebel but not in that sequence that I am aware of. They would be two side by side with one above instead of three in a row?
