need help identifying group of officers

This photo shows an unknown KC holdr and some DKIG-holders.
Does anybody know who they are?

Help ID group of officers

Hi Weinsoldner, first of all you have posted some great photos
Ihope their is more of them?.the General on top row hard to say if its a KC,
also on the front row 4th from the left this officer is also wearing a throat
decoration,and the 2nd officer on the left of him looks to be of General rank.
This makes me think it could be the photo of a Corps Commander or of an Army
Commander,so I hope to id them.

Thanks for the kind words about a few photos in my collection.
I started collecting about 12 years ago and only recently discovered this forum (about a year ago). So far a lot of photos have been identified by members on this forum!! I will definetely post some more.

About this photo all i can tell is tah somebody told me it was taken in Luxembourg, but I don't know if this is true.

Help id Officers

Hi Weinsoldner, if it is Luxembourg and because I did not think the General
had a KC I have checked my photos and to me it looks a lot like General
der Infanterie Albrecht Steppuhn holder of the Pour-le-Merite,and Cmdr of
Military District XII (Luxembourg was in his area) Sept 1939-30/4/43

Hi Harmel,

The officer on the front row is wearing a KC and the officer right above him isn't wearing a KC, but a PLM.
