Hauptsturmfuhrer Siegfried George

Hello All,

Trying to gain information on W-SS Hauptsturmfuhrer Siegfried George, SS Number 247 836. Have been told he commanded 12./Pz.GR.1 during the Ardennes although the 1 SS History has him as Chef, 15/Pz Gr 1. He was KIA in either December or January 1945.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

SS Hauptsturmfuhrer Siegfried George was born 27.09.1915 and killed in action 12.01.1945. He is buried in Sandweiler, Luxembourg.
Sorry don't know anything more!
