Help I.d. Unit 815 division, reg. 153

Hello,
Can anyone tell me about this unit? 815 division, regiment 153.
It’s listed in a Soldbuch near the end of the war and I cannot find any info on unit.

It sounds like a post-war POW unit.
Shortly after the war many of these units were made to organize surrendered German POW's.

Here's the exact solution, provided by German collector Uwe:

Korpsgruppe v. Stockhausen (Ost-Holstein, Germany).
Abschnitts-Kdo. III (Damlos/Lensahn, Germany), with 813. US Div. - 816. US Div.
Cdr. Gen.Lt. Jank, from the end of June 1945 Gen.Lt. Sixt.

You are probably correct. The date of entry is October 45. So that would make sense. I thought maybe the month date was an error. I’d send pic but don’t know how to do it from my phone to forum. Thank you for the info.
