Hauptmann Keßler (August 1939 bis 1942)
Major Egger (1942 – 1943)
Major Großmann (ab 1944)

So it should be this Major Egger at the time you specified.

Is it known the names of these officers? or only the surnames?

I have an award document for "Ostmedaille", signed by "Hauptmann u.Abt.Komandeur Pz.Jg.Abt.263" Großmann.
Accoring to the Abt.commanders list, Großmann was commander from 1944 with the rank of Major.

So this document was signed before his promotion to Major.

It would be interesting to know the history of Großmann..
