I cannot find anything online for this unit with that specific of detail. I think your best bet would be to contact the federal archives in Germany. However do not expect anything for sure as I have tried this and while they did have the info I was looking for, I would have had to go to the federal archives myself to view it. -
The officers came from several different motorized infantry units, you can look up the officers names for IR 69 and 86 in 1939, many of them would have been the same for SR 69.
