I am looking for more information on the Aufklärungs-Abteilung 179 during their time in France from 15.6.1940-21.6.1940. If someone with better research skills than I could provide some more information and maps if possible. The main date im looking into is 20.6.1940.

Places of action for Aufkl.Abt. 179 (according to divisional history by Sänger):
- 17.6.40 : Mulcey ( ~40km ENE Nancy )
- 18.6.40 : Parroy
- on the 20.6. the 79. ID had established a bridgehead at Lamath, (~8km SSW of Luneville)
