possible Blood Order winner to ID ??

Hi all,

could this be a Blood Order ribbon on his right breast pocket ? His name is Rudolf Mezler and he was from Munich. He was a higher ranking officer in the RLM. I have his adress book and it is full of Generals, Obersts, also SS Hauptamt and Ingenieurs from Krupp, Gustloff, Mauser etc...so he must be some kind of important person within the RLM I think.

I have some of his insignia but the jacket was stolen out of the old house were it was all stored.

Yes, he received Blood Order #1234 as a member of the Bund Oberland.

The RLM boards are rare and are the 2nd pattern. The 1st pattern used black as the waffenfarbe.
