Info needed on Field Hospital 36 Afrika Korp

I recently acquired a WW2 German Officers sword with an inscription on the reverse langet to Hauptfeldwebel Wiegenstein from the Officer Corp of Feld Lazarett 36.
I found a wedding picture on the internet of a Leutnant Ludwig Wiegenstein who has a Afrika Korp cuff title.
I’m looking for any relevant info on the Officer and the unit. Was F.L 36 part of the surrender of the 15th Panzer Army?
    Thanks in advance.

    Hello !

Maybe you are following the right trace :
    http://www.lexikon-der-wehrmacht.de/...ions-Nachschub

Feldlazarett 36 was detached from its parent unit and sent to Africa in May 1941.
It stayed with 15. Pz.Div. (I assume that was the unit you referred to ?!) until the end in Afrika.

    Best regards,

    Archi
