12SS HJ soldier Ruster any help ?

Hello guys,

I have bought a bunch of letters 4 months ago here which were written by a guy from the 12ss HJ who fought in Normandy. He wasn't killed but was prisonner until 1948 for sure. I have many clues now on my research and will probably write a book about that guy, but i don't have any pictures of that guy.

His name is Walter Ruster, born in 1926 in Wiebelskirchen.

If you have a picture of that guy, please take contact with me, it would be really helpful !!

I found a Walter Ruster from Wiebelskirchen who was 2. April 1965 one of the founders of the "Saarländische Feuerwehrverband" - Saarland Fire Fighter Unit.

It could be your guy.

Thank you mate, there is a picture of that Walter Ruster on the website, great news ! I will try to match this picture with the one in Step^han Cazenave book about the 12ss hj in Normandy, maybe will i be able to sort out his period portrait ... Hopefully !
