Hello Terry.
SS-Artillerieschule II was located in Beneschau, Protectorat . Effective date Sep.1942.
Art.Ausbildungsregiment 1b:
I was unable to locate good information on this formation besides the subordination to the above school.

I have original WEHRPASS registration SS ART.schule 2 Beneschau.Photo next week! Beneschau town is 30km south ost from Prag,Czech republic.Near Beneschau was "Übung platz waffen ss Bohmen und Mahren".Ipot.
