Does anyone know something about Luftgau Moskau? What they di/supposed to do?

I have this on a box:

Verbindungsstelle des Lg.-Kommandos Moskau / (1o) Dresden-A. 24, General-Wever-Strasse 19." "Feldluftgau-Kdos. XXVII".
