Heres the dedication and signature of Speidel. The signature looks okay but I’m no signature expert. All comments welcome.

The dedication may be for to Oskar Tietzel, Stabsmusikmeister in the 7<sup>th</sup> Panzerdivision. He was a prominent military musician. The 7<sup>th</sup> Panzer Division was assigned to the 8<sup>th</sup> Army as part of the XXIV Army Corp from September – November 1943. His mini stick pin was posted on the WAF. His decorations included:
