* Need help on a Waffen SS recruitment document *

hy guys ! how are you all doing?
i've been out of the collecting world for almost 6 years now but i had the chance to aquire this reqruitment document to a boy who joined the Waffen SS

his name, place of living, birthdate and parents are on there, but i cant figure out the name or have the ability anymore to search the name

all i want to know is who he and his parents were, and if there is more info on this boy... did he die in the war, did he make it pretty far, did he serve in a certain unit

all the help i can get is welcome and i hope you guys wanna help to give a name to this document

i cant check grave sites cause i cant read the name haha
