    Rudolf Von Ribbentrop's crew

    Can anybody please tell me the names of Rudolf Von Ribbentrop's crew in The Battle of Kursk when he served in the LAH . I also am looking for the names of his crew when he served in the HJ Div in June '44 in Normandy , thanks .

      Acc. to his book about his father (page 346) the crew in july 43 is as mentioned by SJP.

      Heinz Trautmann- Loader
      Kurt Hoppe- Gunner
      Walter Schüle- Driver
      Harry Bergner- Radio/Bow MG


      Later, after gunner Hoppe was seriously wounded:

      Heinz Trautmann -Loader
      Johannes Ober - Gunner
      Walter Schüle -Driver
      Harry Bergner-Radio/Bow MG

        Thanks Steve & Mike , was this Rudolf's crew during Kursk ? Were these the same crew members that ended the war with him ?

          I recently met gunner Heinz Pint, who served in von ribbentrops Tank.

          Anyone has more information about him?

                        Is the term "Strm". 7./SS-Pz.Rgt.1 4.43 meant to be same term as "Sturm" and that means the same as a Kompanie?

                          No, 'Strm' is short for 'Sturmmann' (rank).

                            Waffen-Moni, I know Heinz was in 3.Kompanie which Rudolf commanded but he was also part of Rudolf's crew during this time.
