In the right corner could be named a Russian town "Russkije Tischki".
The spelling is a bit different but perhaps it could mean the same town.

        Maybe 122. Infanterie-Division ?
Look up the town names and see what Divisions fought in the area.
I'm collecting anything related to the towns Castricum and Bakkum during WWII.
Also soldbucher from 116pzdiv. And 1944-1945 eastfront pockets, kampfgruppe and Oder front.

          Hello Sepp45 !

Any additional info on the origin of this item (soldiers background, timeframe, docs ...) could be helpful.

I hope the following info is still of interest. Here is my tentative solution :
At least 4 of the places mentioned, do match very well with the actions of 294. Inf.Div. :

upper left : "Montargis" (France) : 294. ID was there from Dec. 1940 ~ Feb. 1941, for occupation duties.
In March 1941 : Transfer to Bulgaria and participation in the Balkan-Feldzug, reaching Nis in April 1941.

          upper right : "Niska Banja"
          294. ID was located for some time at Niska Banja (at the outskirts of Nis) in April/May 1941.
          https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ni%C5%A1ka_Banja

In June/July 1941, the 294. Inf.Div. was transferred via Germany and Poland to the area of Zhitomyr and
then to Fastow, SW of Kiev.
In August 1941, the Div. fought in that area to finally cross the Dnepr river.
Somewhere in this area must be a place named :
          lower left : "Gussatschewka"

In the winter battles 1941/42, the Division fought in the Charkow area (probably from Nov. 41 - June/42).

          lower right : "Russkije Tischki"
This village, which Gerdan correctly identified as Ruski Tyschky (or : Rus'ki Tyshky by Google maps),
is about 15 km NE of Charkow/Charkiw, and held the HQ of 294. ID for some time in 1941/42.

You will find all the names mentioned above, on this excellent website, covering 294. ID (sadly, the timeline on
the left is badly distorted, at least on my PC/Laptop).
          http://www.294id.de/294-inf-div-allgemein.html

I could not find a match for the place mentioned in the lower middle :
          "Barssuki"
(Perhaps it could be Barsuki, which seems to be much more common ?!).

          Final thoughts :
I found this kind of "puzzle" quite interesting ! Therefore I really spent some time, to look up all the
places mentioned and match them to some units.
(Sources used : Tessin, Mehner, Mueller-Hillebrand, Lage maps, NARA: 294. ID info, ... )
After this research, I do not think that there are many other units, that were located at Montargis (France),
then at Nis (Balkans), and after that SW of Kíev and later NE of Charkow in 1940-1942.
Therefore, I would strongly believe, that this cigarette etui (or what it is) is connected to 294. Inf.Div.

          However :
          1) The emblem doesn't match at all. 294. ID had a clover leaf ( the 122. ID emblem, griffin claw, as suggested by Rick Admiraal,
would fit much better. However, 122. ID was committed in the North and doesn't fit to the places at all.)

          2) I only checked Heer units. Maybe there could be a Luftwaffe Flak unit or something like that, that had
          a similar path.

          Best regards,

          Archi
