I also have this information from " Verlustmeldung 48/44 " III SS - P. Gren.Rgt 24 Danmark.
And I also have his dog tag that was found some years ago without body. The dog tag was demolished as you see the picture, but I could fold it out carefully. It was found along with other things excavated at the field work in the Vaivara area of Estonia.
