    U-Boat crew member H. Weke Lorient 1942

    Hello,

    I am looking for any information with regards to Maschinengefreiter Helmut Weke. He was born 1919 and served 1942/43 with the 2nd U-Flottille in Lorient.

    In particular the boat he belong to would be of interest.

    Any help is appreciated.

    I can not find his name in known crew lists.....are you sure he was on a U-Boat and not land based with 2nd U-Flottille?
