Can anybody tell me more about this unit during the years 1941-1943.

(18. Kompanie, SS-Panzer-Grenadier-Regiment 1, 1. SS-Panzer-Grenadier-Division "Leibstandarte-SS Adolf Hitler")

Commanded by SS-Hauptsturmführer Erich Grätz.

My great-uncle fought in this unit and was KIA at Kharkov, 9 March 1943. I already have quite some information about him personally but not much about the unit he fought with. Any information is welcome. And if you have any questions or need any info yourself, just ask!

Thanks for your post, but yes I have seen all videos of the parade through Paris. I have also photos of that parade so it's not new for me. But any other photos of that parade or photos taken during the time of the LSSAH in France in 1942 are welcome.
