Unknown DKIG Leutnant

Its a long shot, but maybe someone recognizes this DKIG holder.
The 2 photo's are made in 1943 while this Leutnant was part of the Staff of Füsilier-Ersatz- und Ausbildungs-Bataillon 39 (earlier it was an Inf.Ers.Btl.).

I cannot identify the person, but I found at least two DKiG holders
from Füs.Rgt. 39, that could still have the rank of Leutnant in 1943 :

- Lt. Josef Buschmanns, 10./Füs.Rgt. 39, received the DKiG 11.03.43
- Lt. Ulrich Vowinckel, 1./Inf.Rgt. 39, received the DKiG 20.09.42

Perhaps, someone knows one of them and can confirm (or rule out),
whether the man on the photo could be one of them ?!

These photo's are from the estate of a Feldwebel that also came from I.R.39.
So its possible.
