Ranks of certain disciplines

Hey guys,
Can somebody please clarify the next questions, as some people in my reenactment group state they all should be gefreiter, but sometimes war pictures like to prove otherwise.
What is the minimum rank of a Wehrmacht cook?
What is the minimum rank of a Wehrmacht MG gunner?
What is the minimum rank of a Wehrmacht Kradmelder?

Schutze/grenadier/kanonier/pionier etc. etc. Ie. Private. But it wouldn't be wrong if they were all one or the other, although if you were portraying a unit from say 1940 i would expect a much higher number of privates compared to one from 1944 as by then more of the men would have served long enough to get promoted.
