    Hi Dan,

If you have some information on him already, you could try WASt for file information on him, they do take a while and there is a small charge a copy of his file but it could be worth a go here's the site address

Sorry, I should have said to locate Hans burial site you could also do a grave site search here's the address

      http://www.volksbund.de/graebersuche...A06D198A247599

As per my previous post you could do the same for Teddy as well.

There is also a member here that collects Teddy's documents so it may be worth doing a search under the name for some info on him

              Dan!

I will try to find out as much as possible, but why do the sons not contact the family back in Northern Germany. Teddy`s half-brother is still alive, he mite know much more!

Have to go now, but will come back to the thread next week!

              Saludos desde Mexico

Hi Markus, I didnt ask, And certainly im sure they would be able to do more then I could, The Last time I was over there, He had asked me to compile as much information that I could find for him from the internet, and bring it over to his house.

He was sickend by the fact that they are makeing Toy dolls of Teddy now, I wonder if the family in germany see's anything from that, or if they were even asked?

                Thanks again Markus!

                  Wisch

                  Dan,

Theodor Wisch had 2 full-brothers (Fritz and Hans) and one half-brother (Waldemar).

                  FRITZ:
Fritz fell on 13th of July 1941 near Rollbahn Nord in Russia.
He was SS-Oberscharfhr. in the Waffen-SS. At the time of death he was only 31 years old. As per rumours Teddy Wisch personally pulled Fritz`s body out of the line of combat.
( In case his son is interested I can send him copies of the photos of his father's grave and the family's death-add from a newspaper or Schwarzes Korps.

                  HANS:
Hans was killed in April 1945 in or near Nueremberg. The circumstances of his death are unknown to me.

                  WALDEMAR:
To my knowledge Waldemer still lives in a village north of Hamburg. He was a former T-Div member who was transfered later to the LAH and met Teddy Wisch being the commander of his division and half-brother only very late for the first time in the Hohenlychen hospital. ( I have a taped interview and photos of Waldemer)

It goes without saying that I have a lot more about Teddy Wisch like photos, letters, award certs., etc...

Pls do not hesitate to contact me or send me a pm.

                  Markus
