Officer's Name Tag - Help Needed

Gentlemen.

I wonder if anyone can help me decipher the name and wording on this label, found in the sweatband of an Infantry Officer's visor cap.

Any further information on the man or the unit would be a greatly appreciated.

Note that "Schuetze" is the lowest enlisted men rank and not an officer....if the tag is in an officers cap, its not belonging there.
