I've looked online with little succes for information on Knight's Cross holder Freidrich Lautz. Any other ideas as to where to look?

Only info I could find on Lautz, German Cross 7.9.44 as Major in GR1091
and Knights Cross 23.12.44 as Obstlt. Kdr. GR1091 Regards, Ed.

He was born 16th Dec 1910 dies 25th May 01

My sources advise he got the KC on the 9th Dec 44??

My info on date of Knights cross award from" Ritterkreuztrager" by
v. Seemen pub. 1955 but looked him up on Google and date you list is there??? Could be date won and awarded, also there is a photo on Google, just look up wth name.
