Obtaining name of SS man from number?

Hi all,

I was wondering if there was any way to ascertain the name of an SS man from his SS number? I am trying to see if the information below is accurate however I'd be more than happy just to confirm that Paul Brander was SS No. 49328.

"Paul Brandner, SS No. 49328; he was born in Neudek, in 1902; joined NSDAP in 1927, and Allgemeine-SS in 1932; promoted to SS-Untersturmführer in 1941"

None of the SS Dienstaltersliste will have Unterstrumfuhrer information after 1939 as no lists were generated for ranks below Hauptstrumfuhrer during he war.
