Luftwaffe Unit in the Crimea

Gentlemen,

Would Luftwaffe personnel who were serving in 1./St.G. 2 "Immelmann" or 2./St.G. 2 have been eligible for the KRIM shield?

if the members you are talking about were in these "Staffeln" the whole time then sooner NO!

I have to look in a book about the Krim 1941-1944 if the I./SG 2 is mentioned there because in summer 1942 the whole Geschwader served the VIII. Fliegerkorps and that one was one the Krim!

Another possibility is that these members served another unit fought on the Krim before serving the SG 2...
