I don't know a great deal about Meyer...

b. 1894, alive 1956
Originally a WW1 Lt dR, but career officer in Reichsheer, Generalmajor of pioneers and holder of the DKiG.

Looking for photographs of him, preferably from the 1920's and before where he's sporting his ribbon bar.
