French author Henri Mounine

Anyone here who knows the French author Henri Mounine?
In 1999 he published the book Cernay 40–45, a book about the SS training camp in Sennheim.
Any help would be very much appreciated!

I think he passed away in 2005. His book on the SS Ausbildungslager Sennheim was very interesting.
