named Erel Artillery visor cap to an Oberst

Hello all,

Anyone want to take a shot at the name in this visor for me please? I believe this is a circa. 1937-1938 era Erel with the vented cockade so he may have been promoted much higher by the war's end.

Don't exactly need to be 'Champollion' to decypher this bog-standard cursive...it says 'Hueck'.
