Panzer Replacement Battalion 15.

I am looking for some more information on Panzer Replacement Battalion 15!
I have tried internet searches and it doesn't turn up too much info.
I would like to know as much as possible, particularly what unit it was subordinate to and where it served etc.

This is the date that I'm Particularly interested in.
