    Luftwaffe shared kills?

In my research into the careers of the Luftwaffe Knight’s Cross fighter pilots, I noticed there are hardly any shared kills, whilst doing my Heinz Knoke career details, he is credited with 33 victories, but I have found in his victory list I compiled a shared Spitfire shot down over Norway in March 1942, which would put his score at 33 and 1 shared victories. Did the Luftwaffe allocate shared victories to the Staffel/Gruppe score, or did the pilots just flip a coin to decide! Among the medals shown on Knoke's tunic is a pair of wings under the Front Flying Clasp it doesn't seem to be a German award anyone know what decoration it is?

        Luftwaffe shared kills

Thanks for the replies, and for the information regarding the unidentified medal. So Knoke must have been awarded this medal during his short spell with JG 52 on the eastern front, and served with a Croatian Squadron training its pilots?
