I know, that it up to 43 years was designated as SS Infanterie Ersatzbataillon "Ost", deployed in Breslau,
battled in Russia, one time dr. Mengele served in it... That's all, that I managed to find on the Internet.
I shall be grateful for any information.

In "Tessin " Band 14, I find
SS-Ers.Btl.Ost. 15.3.1941 in Breslaufür die dem Befh.Waffen-SS Südost unterstehenden SS-Inf. Rgter.4, 5, 9, 10 und 14.
......wurden 1.11.43 Gren.ers.bzw.Gren.Ausb.Btl.31 in Breslau und ****omir.
